How much does it cost to pickup my order in-store or shipped? Store pickup is always FREE. Most orders are shipped using USPS Priority and rates vary based on the size of your order and if you choose insured shipping or not. If you need your order expedited please contact us for rates. |

How long does it take to get my order if I ship my books? With Priority Shipping, orders will typically be delivered in 3-4 business days. |

Is my shipment insured through the LCCC Bookstore? Insurance options are available during checkout. Insured shipments may receive 1 replacement shipment of exact items contained in the original shipment. Priority shipping provides up to $100 in insurance for lost or damaged packages. All costs of the replacement shipment above the $100 is the students responsibility. A claim must be filed in the Help Center at LCCCBookstore.com before any replacement shipments will be sent. **The LCCC Bookstore is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.** |
