| How much does it cost to pickup my order in-store or shipped? Store pickup is always FREE. Most orders are shipped using USPS Priority and rates vary based on the size of your order and if you choose insured shipping or not. If you need your order expedited please contact us for rates. |
| Where can I pick up my online order? The bookstore is open for pickup during business hours (see bottom of page for current hours). |
| How long do I have to pickup my order? All orders placed for in-store pickup must be retrieved within 14 calendar days of the customer receiving notification that the order is ready. Orders not picked up within 14 calendar days will be considered abandoned merchandise. Orders deemed abandoned will be canceled without refund, and the merchandise will be returned to stock for resale. If you are unable to pick up your order within the 14-day window, please contact the bookstore prior to the deadline to request an extension. Extensions may be granted at the discretion of management. |
| How long does it take to get my order if I ship my books? With Priority Shipping, orders will typically be delivered in 3-4 business days. |
| Does the bookstore ship to international addresses? Yes, please contact the bookstore for rates. |
| Is my shipment insured through the LCCC Bookstore? Insurance options are available during checkout. Insured shipments may receive 1 replacement shipment of exact items contained in the original shipment. Priority shipping provides up to $100 in insurance for lost or damaged packages. All costs of the replacement shipment above the $100 is the students responsibility. A claim must be filed in the Help Center at LCCCBookstore.com before any replacement shipments will be sent. **The LCCC Bookstore is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.** |
