Finding Your Digital Access Code

What is a Digital Access Code? 
A Digital Access Code or Online Courseware Code is a unique code that provides you with access to the online homework platform being utilized for your course. Examples include: MyLabs, Modified Mastering, Connect, WileyPlus, and MindTap.

Where do I find the Digital Access Code I ordered online?
If you placed an online order on our website, your Digital Access Code will come in one of two forms.

         1. A physically printed access code card.  

         2. An emailed access code.

If you selected to have your online order shipped to you and you did not receive a physically printed access code card, check the email you used on your order. Your Digital Access Code was likely sent to you in the confirmation email titled - Your LCCC Bookstore order is now Complete/Shipped

If you selected to pick-up your online order at the bookstore and you were not given a physically printed access code card then your Digital Access Code was likely sent to you in an email.

Where do I find the Digital Access Code I ordered in-store?
If you purchased your Digital Access Code on campus at the bookstore in Cheyenne or Laramie your Digital Access Code can be found on your receipt.  Your receipt can be printed in store for you and is always sent to the email address on your bookstore account.

If I lost my Digital Access Code email or receipt, how can I get another copy?
Please contact the bookstore through your preferred method and we can re-email or re-print your Digital Access Code.
